Our adventure for dementia has begun. Blessed with a grey day, no wind, no rain we walked 9 undulating miles along the edge of Exmoor to Porlock, after posing for our picture with the “hands” at the monument marking the start of the path.
We stopped for Cream tea no1. Rating 7.5 Kitners Bossington (lovely scone, average cream, poor jam)
Adventure in sound; being interviewed by Radio Berkshire https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0c0546q about 2hrs 7mins 20+secs after Lady Gaga singing bad romance. (You may need a bbc app to listen?)
Official SW Coast path: 9miles
Official running total: 9miles
The start of the SW Coast path at Minehead.
